RETURNS

You are eligible to return or exchange products free of charge within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • HOW TO RETURN YOUR PURCHASE

    In order to return your order, please contact customerservice@celegia.eu. You will need your order number, which can be found at the top of your Order Confirmation email. A return label will be emailed to you. Pack unworn item(s) securely in the original packaging. and include the return paperwork provided by our customer service. Print and secure the return label to the outside of the package. Before sending your return shipment, please remove all extra labels from the outside of the package You must use this return label provided on the parcel. Any return(s) made without pre-approval and the authorized return label from Customer Service will not be accepted. Keep the Return Tracking Number for your package to monitor the delivery status.

  • RETURN INFORMATION

    All returned items must be unworn, unwashed, complete with original tags and/or packaging. Items returned in non-resalable conditions, won’t be eligible for refund, and we will need to send them back to you.

  • EXCHANGES

    Purchased items are exchangeable into a different size. Exchanges are only processed upon receipt of returned merchandise and are based on stock availability. Exchanges shipped to you free of charge. Should you be interested in a different style, please return your item/s to us and simply purchase the new piece separately at www.celegia.eu

  • TRACKING YOUR ONLINE ORDER
